Not sure if I understand this right, but is your computer connected to your router
twice? Wired (router to hub to computer) and wireless at the same time?
What do you need the hub for? If you can link all your computers directly to your
router I would get rid of the hub.
With WEP enabled I don't think the problem is interference with your neighbors wireless
networks. But just to be sure, change the routers password and the WEP key to keep
your neighbors out. If your router supports Mac address filtering, use it!
If you need to keep the hub, switch off your routers DHCP server and give all the
computers on your network a static IP address. Make sure not to use the same address
twice.
There are many types of routers, each with different configuration screens. For step-by-step
instructions you need someone with the same hardware as yourself - try forums.us.dell.com .
