You're missing the point of the article, did you even read anything but the title?
That disk boots the computer into an MS-DOS OS bypassing the hard drive and installed
OS completely
you can't boot from a floppy then use a command to start 2000/XP, that was the point
of the article
you could under the MS-DOS based versions of windows because they had MS-DOS underneath
them
2000/XPhave no MS-DOS, they have a command prompt but it isn't MS-DOS only a emulation
of it
this topic has been discussed numerous time here
