So you are having a real trouble, 28 kbps that sucks isnt it. But that;s what is
in the air and I guess that will be the part of normal life for at least a few years
to come.
So if the slow internet connection is really giving you a headache then try the UTL
telephone to connect the internet for a month and you'll never have a complain afeterthen
by the way I have been using UTL for the last 11 months to surf the net.
So I think you'll get a contingent solution this way
