I'm going to say it should but I will keep those reinstall disk handy I have reinstalled xp on a machine and lost all the drivers but at the same time I did another one and all the drivers were there. So I say just keep the disks on hand just to be on the save side. Also if your worried about the drivers for the computer, dell has all the drivers for there computers on their website just lookup you model, download and install them.
