Question about 'Rename the Recycle Bin'

I have a question about Rename
the Recycle Bin:
"To manually rename the Recycle Bin (Windows XP only):
Right-click the Recycle Bin icon and select Properties."
I'm not sure who wrote the above quote, on the 'Rename the Recycle Bin' page, but
they obviously have a very "special" version of XP b/c as far as I know, you CAN'T
rename the Recycle Bin in ANY version of XP that I'VE ever used, by right-clicking
& selecting properties...AT ALL. Not even a little bit! Maybe I'm not right-clicking
with the proper tone in my voice. Yeah...That's it. Ok, nevermind. That HAS to
be it.
