I'm having the same problem, I have to unplug the modem to manually reset it multiple times daily when I'm transfering large amounts of data through bitlord torrent client. I always assumed it was a combination of the transfers and having a vonage VoIP line as well. If you think it's frustrating when your internet connection goes down imagine your phone line going dead constantly.
