Question about 'What to do about error messages during Windows startup'

One night i turned off my computer manualy because i was in a rush, when i turned it back on an error msg appeared that said: Sorry for the inconveniance but windows could not start.. ect, it gives me 4 options to chooose from... safe mode, normal mode, last configs that worked and safe mode wif networking. None of these work every time i choose 1 it just restarts again and again and again every time ARGH, its making me so mad! can sum1 PLEASE help!?
