Have you tried Tweakui? If not, it's a free download from
microsoft. Do a search for tweakui.exe on google and the first hit or so should
be the download site.
After it's installed go to the Explorer tab and expand it. Go down to the 4th category
- Customizations. The winXp default setting is 400. Change it to a higher number
or try 600 - 800 range. That should do it.
