Hi,
Recently I have noticed that I kept getting this dwwin.dll warning message after
I either logoff or shutdown my computer.
After reading a thread posted by someone, the person mentioned that it was probably
a weather channel stream that was causing this problem.
I recently installed the new version of Yahoo Messenger with Voice and one of the
tabs is the weather report. I tried to signout and exit the Yahoo Messenger prior
to logging off or shutting down the computer and the dwwin.dll warning message did
not show up.
I do not recommend deleting the dwwin.exe as I believe this is part of the WinXP
OS.
What this means to me is that I have the following options:
1. Signout and exit Yahoo Messenger prior to logging off or shutting down the computer
2. Uninstall Yahoo Messenger
3. Ignore the warning.
Hope this helps.
