Simply do a internet search for the file RunDLL32.exe and download it to your desktop, then cut and paste it in your windows folder which is in the c: drive, once done so, see if it works. Although it did not for me I have found a way to access my programs. Right click on the program you want to open up and click run as then click the ok when the box pops up and that program should run.
