Would I need to do this to correct a problem I am having with my cursor when using
Internet Explorer? When I go into the Internet, I am unable to "lock" my cursor
in any search field on any internet page. When I left click the mouse in the field,
nothing happens. But if this is a fix, when I follow these instruction, I don't
have an IE.INF file found. Any help please?????
