I have a question about Windows
Installer Appears Every Time I Start an Application:

What are you talking about?!! How can you possibly recommend that users do this? The problem is down to bad development or deployment of applications. Component management - the means by which files/registry keys - anything - is managed by Windows Installer, is what you need to recommend to users. The reality is that not everyone is as informed as the next person. To post an article with this kind of advice could be taken quite literally by anyone. The reality is that Windows Installer is not an application; it is a core service that is used by Windows to monitor and track the installation of all applications. To try and disable it would cause so very many issues long term. We all have the responsibility to be factual when we post information freely on the internet and this responsibility should abused.
