Context Menu Icons

Some of the apps that I have installed (specifically ZoneAlarm, WinRAR and Acrobat Pro) have their own entries in file context menus. However, they also place little icons next to their respective text entries. Since the applications themselves do not have an option for disabling the display of these icons, is there a way that I can manually disable them in the registry?
