Question about 'Windows Installer Appears Every Time I Start an Application'

Our IT guy added me to the local Administrators group. Restarted and reinstalled
software (RoboHelp whee I was getting the stuck Windows Installer), and I no longer
get the Windows Installer dialog (Preparing to install...) message. Hope this helps.
