I had the same problem with My Doc opening @ win startup. I have a duel boot and
my USERINIT string looked like: C:\windows\system32\userinit.exe,F:\windows\system32\userinit.exe,
so I deleted: F:\windows\system32\userinit.exe,
and it stopped the problem, thanks!
