Great! Finally a fix for this very annoying bug. I had already found 10 or so fixes
to this problem that did not work for me, but did for others. Apparantly, there are
many reasons why Windows will make the default action for a folder "open" instead
of "explore", without the possibility of changing that back in a normal way.
