Cannot Print in One User Account in Windows XP

I know next to nothing about Windows XP but I can usually fake my way through it. I am having a problem that I cannot find a fix for -- on one of our four user accounts, whenever she tries to print something it comes out blank. The other user accounts do not have this issue and print normally. I tried troubleshooting the printer but there seems to nothing with the hardware or software/preferences. We had a similar thing happen on another user account -- when he tried printing from Internet Explorer in black and white, it printed all blank pages, and when we turned the color back on, it printed just fine. Does someone have an idea as to what is causing this to happen? Thanks!
