hello, I just recently put on a windows xp that didn't have the right product codes so i couldn't register it but somehow a really basic version was put on my computer with no audio or internet. I recieved another copy of windows xp with all the right codes but i can't put it on because when i try to install an error box pops up saying that it cannot load because the version i'm trying to put on is older than the version I have on it now. so how do I wipe out the version of windows xp i have on my computer and put the older version on it. i tried booting it from the cd and it didn't seem to work. Thanks, Rich
