you can backup your registery as follows
Start
Run
Type RegEdit
hit enter
registery editor will open
now goto file
export
Choose the name and the destination as you wish , and on the bottom left make sure
you encirle "All"
and finaly Save.
you shall get a big size for example 50-60 mb , according to your windows it will
vary but you reduce it to a very small file , lets say 3 MB by Compressing it with
Winzip , Winrar ..etc.
to import a backup file do the same steps till you reach "file"
and instead of "export" choose "import"
browse to the folder containg the backup you made , choose the file and import it.
regards
