MTU Ping Test = Request timed out Monday, October 24, 2005 at 6:57 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by daniel (1 messages posted) Basically until recently i haven't been able to connect xbox live. Tech support tells me to make sure the MTU is 1365 or more. Long story short, i tried doing MTU Ping Test thing, i get that fragmentation is needed, and as I reduce it from 1500, the fragmentation message no longer appears; instead I get a "request timed out" message no matter what number i type in. kinda confused as i thought it had to be 1400 or higher to work? Any ideas how to fix or people with xboxlive who have had this problem?
