I downloaded this file and added it to my startup options. All of my icons load without
any problem and it seems that my startup is even quicker.
I had the same problem as everyone else. I run Windows XP SP2, however, I also use
WindowBlinds as my shell replacement. I am using Norton SystemWorks 2005 (which includes
Norton AntiVirus 2005).
I had been suffering through this issue for quite some time and was never able to
find a decent fix until this one. I'd highly recommend for anyone who is seeing this
problem to try this fix before disabling or removing any system services.
