In any case, you will want to use fdisk as RiceR46 said to delete all exiting partitions on the disk. Fdisk will see NTFS partitions as "unknown" partitions, but no matter what, delete them all. Then, start up the computer using either the W98 CD or the boot disk with CDROM support, then run Setup from the CDROM.
