If it doesn't have an option in the BIOS to disable the power management feature (they can call it about anything) then, no, you can't disable it. Sounds like they are in need of an update that senses the activity load and throttles the CPU accordingly. Doesn't sound like it's working right. About the only option is contacting the manufacturer with your complaint.
