I found the Root_Hub solution... there were no contents there to remove, and I groveled
to Microsoft for the FixCSS.exe as well... no luck. I have got to find out what
causes this problem.
My problem has occured at about 95% of an installation of Windows XP SP2 and security
patches (and in different spots each time, and all of a sudden) and it has happened
with both Microsoft Office XP and 2003 on these computers.
Worse part is squeezing some support (and lying to even get someone to talk to me)
out of Microsoft and there not being an answer. Lots of people have been having
this problem for a long time. I am starting to feel like I have stepped back in
to the Windows 95 days!
