Ditto for a file called winstyle2.dll (most likely in:  Windows\system32). In your case, they'll need to be deleted using the command prompt window. I'll assume you know how. You may need to make some changes in the registry first, however, which is why I asked if you were able to open the registry editor via the CP window. Post back tomorrow and let us know where you stand.
