This occurs when I do that as well. It is something that I cannot explain, but occasionally
when I try to move a folder, or copy and paste to a new location, it will successfully
move everything, but the original folder will remain, it will be empty, and it will
be un-deletable. I dont know why or how, but it happens to me...
Anyways, someone suggested using taskmanager to end explorer, and then reopen explorer
through taskmanager, and that worked wonders. So thanks!
