Well backup or print all your messages. Then make sure you have show all files and hidden files selected for your computer. If not go to my computer, click tools and folder options. Then view, check show all files. Then go to docs and settings, go to your profile name, then go to local settings, application data, then look for identities folder. Keep going in until you see inbox.dbx delete it. (you will lose all messages in your inbox, so back them up first) or just go a search for inbox.dbx using search and delete it
