Without being there I can only suggest refreshing the modem and router: Turn off the computers, unplug the electrical connections to the modem and router, wait one minute, then first plug back in the modem, wait until the lights stop flashing, then plug back in the router, turn the computer back on. If that doesn't help (which it probably won't) you should think about hands on help with the router, or replacing it.
