Go to: Start->Control Panel->System->Hardware->Device Manager->Right click on Sound,Video & Game->Properties->Update driver. Have your "Drivers" Cd in the drive at the time. If that doesn't work try ther stupid stuff like having the AV jack in the proper hole, power to the speaker's AC adapter, etc.etc.
