New User Profile Error Friday, October 28, 2005 at 7:41 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Ryan (97 messages posted) When creating a new user, and then logging in as that user, Windows gives the following error: Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system DETAIL: The system cannot find the file specified. But of course, there is no mention of this in the MS Knowledge Base. This isn't the first time I've encountered this error, but I am tired of re-installing XP.
