"A couple of days ago I started getting problems with Win XP, so I thought I could just format and re-install. It worked fine, but I lost one of my partitions. The I-Drive is missing in action. It's a Sata. I am not that good with computers so I don't know what to do. Is it possible that it is gone for good? Don't know if you understand my problem, but any help would be fine. Thanks, Erik" Your English is excellent, so no worries on that score. How many partitions did you put on your drive and are you using a boot manager? Can you find the partition in Drive Management and assign it a letter?
