unable to access or delete folder Friday, October 28, 2005 at 9:06 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by howardg (8 messages posted) I downloaded a large number of html temp files when using webstripper. I want to delete this folder but when I try to access the folder I only get the torch icon loking for the files. When I select delete the recycle dialogue box opens and starts but no files get sent to recycle. The same happens if I select shift delete. I get "preparing to delete files" message but no files will delete. The only action that seems to work on this file is an anti-virus scan. Any help appreciated.
