Does anyone else have the same problem as me?
I've been having this problem often with certain programs -- I'll try to run it, it won't load. I try to run it again, then it loads. Five minutes later, the original click loads it as well.
If I run task manager when this happens it will show that the memory block is something like 56k, so I terminate it. It then works after I do that.
For instance, I just shut down and reloaded outlook express 3 times. On the fourth time I tried to load it, it didn't load. It did the 56k thing.
It also happens sometimes to WinRAR.
And it has always happened with this appraisal software that I just installed.... in fact, the appraisal software loads a huge pagefile which completely hinders my system.
I hope I explained it correctly, or made some sense of it. Anyone have similar problems? I suspect it could be my firewall, although it still happens with the other software when I disable it...
