Nothing on the version tab of the Properties dialog box that would clue you on its 
source?
Anything listed in Control Panel's Add or Remove applet about it?
If not, I'd suggest you rename that ESUG folder (I assume it is a folder, not a file) 
something like:
        ESUG-delete_maybe
and then delete it (including its exe file) into the Recycle bin.  Make a note of 
what you did for future reference.
If no adverse consequences, after waiting some time to assure you aren't missing 
anything, you can delete it from the Recycle bin.
In the meantime, I'd run AV and malware scans of the system.
