It's not always the same programs... it just did it with explorer not too long ago.
It was 64k instead of 56k. I have no idea what the problem is... is it the registry,
is it a conflict with this wireless card, is it a wrong setting.... the list goes
on. It's not a virus that I know of.
WinRAR is a compression tool.
