Download, and merge into your registry, tweak #101 on this webpage:

Better download the "undo" reg edit there as well, so that you can reverse or undo the tweak in case you want to delete the internet history at some time in the future.

Of course, if the other users know how to reverse that registry tweak, they could do so and then delete the history.
