hiya guys thanx for replies, yes weve checked everything, the power suply weve fitted
into machine to check it is a 400w power supply that runs my sons machine fine, swapped
everything around the two machines and nothing works on this board, weve fitted ide
cables to correct channels, jumper settings,followed motherboard instructions to
the letter and reckon those are fine to still no power to cd rom or hard drive connected
another hdd to new board and same thing cd rom and hdd get no power, beginning to
think that new board is goosed, taking it back to change it today, any more problems
ill be in touch, these small ANNOYANCES drive you mad dont they.
