Its a few days that my windows explorer crashes and all icons on desktop disappear
also the mouse and everything on screen hangs !
I have discoered the way to recover the desk top myself ,but the problem happens
every time when i try to open my computer folders !
Microsoft has no answere for the crash reason and i was prohibited ! from downloading
security updates for internet explorer (as microsoft recommended) by the same problem(download
page hanged ) !
I have done much more about that :
I noticed the task manager datas related to processes ,and preformance ,so i discovered
that when the problem happens ,number of proceses increase (still need to compare
and find which processes are increased).
I also noticed that the CPU usage changes (from 100% to 2 % ) during the differrent
stages of this problem ,but when hanged it is 100% ,normally it is around 80 % after
some reactions by me it becomes 2-3 % for example refreshing task manager .
I also noticed that task manager shows more than one icon for some folders ! for
example :network connections ....
I also noticed that memory usage changes awfully for some applications .I guess all
these could be related to uninstalling a software named without restoring the
internet explorer ,so some directories are damaged ,but i do not know still how to
repair my windows software and microsoft help and support is not applicable to me
due to my being i Iran ,and at most will cause another problem (windows activation!!)
Thank you and please help
Iraj
