Dear All,
One more solution to the "Initial h/w fail" error nessage. It seems that the installed
antivirus does not allow the card (or device) to be installed properly.
So follow the 5 steps:
1. Uninstall all relative (to the card/device) device drivers
2. Uninstall the antivirus
3. Clean completely the registry from the antivirus entries
4. Install again the card/device
5. Install again the antivirus
