GREAT TIP, MJB!!!
I had the same problem (W2k, Outlook) and followed your instructions - it worked
great!
These problems developed aft installing SP4 for W2k
as well as SP1 for IE6.
The settings in the folder options were correct, what I think fixed it were the recommended
lines:
"Run each line individually.
Start – Run then type
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll"
