re: Empty Device Manager Sunday, November 20, 2005 at 7:59 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by thomas (1 messages posted) this all started I was on the net. after checking the add/remove programs window, 2 new spywares had been installed together at 3:50. i removed them and thought everything was ok till i tried to access the net. then after checking device manager, realised it was empty. after trying all your suggestions (much appreciated by the way), i'm going to scrap and start anew. death to spyware.
