i have now tried everything mentioned in this on-going drama. the reg fix, the pnp
enable disable enable again, the apropos fix, the tune up tools reg fix, the security
update removal (which i never had) and anything else mentioned. still i cannot see
my device manager. i cant see my network connections and cannot connect to the internet
using my wireles router which i know works as i am on another pc using it now! i
have only been trying to fix it for 4 hours now so any help from anyone would be
extremely gratefully recieved. the only thing i have done in last few days is updated
itunes before it all went mad! i have even uninstalled itunes to see if that is what
caused the problem...to no avail. as i say any help would be good...thanx
