The file you downloaded is a self extracting ".rar" object. That is what the Unix
folks use for ".zip" files. The person who wrote the code is definately a Unix programmer
if you look at the code.
I find I can unzip by right clicking on the aproposfix.exe and extracting with WinZip.
There are four objects inside:
grep.exe
zip.exe
sed.exe
RunThis.bat
Unzip the files to a new folder and run the ".bat".
