After countless hours I found this website. Best advice was here. There is a real bad adware from adchannel out there. Went into safe mode went to regedit.exe and found this @ HKLM/Software: COTO7A3NKV89. I tried to delete it 3 times and no luck as each time it came back. Then I read in these threads to do a system restore in SAFE MODE. I went back to Oct. 1 and now my device manager is back. I deleted AOL, then reinstalled it and now I am back on the net. You need to be real carfeul out there! Good Luck, and thank you for this website!
