Question about 'Customize Context Menus'

I have added a new menu item in my right click options. But some how, it has changed the order of already present menu items. In the process, "Search..." has become the default action. So, whenever I double click a folder, it opens the Search option instead of opening the folder. Any help in this regard to re-arrange the menu items.
