Tom, I sent you my laptop through the services from www.vaioshutdown.com along with $170 in money orders. It has been a month since I sent my laptop and I have yet to hear from you. On your website you state "....your machine will normally be returned the next weekday after it is recieved...." Please contact me with information regarding my laptop.
