re: Solved The Device Manager Crap In A Sec Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at 4:59 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by David (2 messages posted) This Is Soo damn crappy! i bloody wasted days n hours n brainwashed my head thinking how to get my device manager back, searched the whole internet database, came to this forum tried every damn solution posted in here, NOTHING WORKED! thanks to the 'SPYWARE' postings that rang up an idea in my head, i disabled norton, i closed Microsoft Anti-Spyware, i shutdown ZONE ALARM! and then i right-clicked my computer--> clicked properties--->Hardware--->Device manager, & VOILA! THERE IT WAS !! then i enabled norton, device manager was still working, then i opened MS Antispyware, it still worked, n when i started ZONE ALARM, device manager disappeared again, & THATS WHEN I FOUND WHERE THE SHIT WAS LYING !
