I fixed this problem after getting help from one of microsofts' newsgroups. I followed
the tip given and it works. I just have to exit Yahoo Messenger before I shut down
and then dwwn.exe doesn not show up. If i don't exit YM, it reappears.
So maybe you'll have to see what you must exit from, if you do not have YM.I started
by exiting from all running programmes.
