Hello and finally I have the solution to this problem!
(Using Nero InCD 5.0.0.4)
1. Click the Format Disc tab
2. Click the More button
3. Click the Down arrow under File System
4. Click UDF 2.0 (or anything above 1.5)
5. Click Quick under Format disc
6. Click the Start button
