I, too, have a problem where it looks like spoolsv is showing regular, every 0.4
sec. I am showing 2% usage but what is interesting is that the memory used is going
up as I sit here. What is that all about? I noticed a problem while in Word trying
to write an essay - I get a pause. When I type the computer is pausing so as to not
put any letters down and I have seen the same problem in new emails. It looks like
the margin bar keeps popping up when the pause happens also. I am blaming it on
the spool but - (throwing hands up) I don't know!! If anyone has seen this...please
let me know - it is driving me nutty. I can't type without having to back track and
correct what letters were missed during the pauses. I followed JJGs advice and stopped
the printer service, etc. etc. and it worked in that my memory usage went from 15,000
down to 3,000 - but...it is back up to 5 thousand as I sit here. (grumble, grumble)
